We treat middle-aged and elderly patients suffering from knee joint pain and deformities.
Before surgery, we use CT and MRI to make a three-dimensional surgical plan for knee arthroplasty and osteotomy.
We achieved the ideal implant placement through accurate osteotomy and intraoperative kinetic analysis, and are able to handle a wide range of difficult surgeries.
We perform dynamic analysis using 2D/3D registration technique, which estimates the 3D spatial position and posture of the artificial joint from X-ray fluoroscopic images. We are analyzing in detail how knee implants work in vivo. (ascending and descending stairs, squatting, sitting upright, walking, etc.)
